Every Canton Fair feels like a new journey for us — a new stage to meet clients, share our innovations, and showcase what we’ve been working on over the past months. But before the exhibition doors open, there’s always a lot of unseen preparation behind the scenes.
Last week, we kicked off our preparation with a full team meeting. Everyone in our factory took part, and the atmosphere was filled with energy and excitement. During the meeting, each member’s responsibilities were clearly assigned:
- I’m in charge of product selection and inventory checking. This means carefully choosing which kitchen utensils will best represent our factory this year — from silicone turners and nylon ladles to our new range of baking pans. I also need to double-check the stock quantity of each sample and make sure everything is in perfect condition before packing.
- Our designer is working hard on visual materials — booth posters, display boards, and banners that capture the spirit of our brand and make our booth stand out.
- Another colleague focuses on updating quotation files and product specification sheets, ensuring that all data is accurate and ready for quick responses during client meetings.
- Meanwhile, others are checking the exhibition materials — from product tags to brochures and packaging samples — to make sure nothing is missing when we set up the booth.

Planning the booth layout is another key step. We’ve been discussing the display structure and flow: which shelves to place our silicone kitchenware on, how to highlight our new designs, and how to make visitors feel welcome the moment they step into our booth. This stage often sparks lots of creative ideas — everyone shares suggestions, and we test different display combinations until we find the most balanced and attractive setup.
What touches me most during this process is the team spirit. Every colleague is proactive and supportive — when someone finishes their part early, they naturally jump in to help others. Even though preparing for a fair can be tiring, we all share the same goal: to present our best image to the world. It’s in these busy days that I truly feel the power of teamwork and how much pride we all take in our products.
This time, we’re especially excited to introduce several new products. One of them is our latest baking pan made with fiberglass + liquid silicone, a material upgrade that provides better heat resistance and flexibility for baking lovers. This design has already been granted exclusive distribution rights in the U.S., Canada, and France, which makes us even more confident about its future potential in other markets.
In addition, we’ll be showing our newest collections of silicone and plastic kitchen utensils — practical, stylish, and made with food-safe materials that reflect both functionality and beauty. We hope visitors will see not just products, but the craftsmanship and care behind each piece.
The exhibition preparation may seem hectic, but every moment feels worthwhile. Each detail we confirm today — from choosing the right products to perfecting the booth layout — is a step toward a more successful exhibition.
We can’t wait to meet everyone at the Canton Fair, share our stories, and let more people discover how passion and teamwork bring quality kitchenware to life.
