I did not become dramatically better overnight, but I became more stable, clearer, and more grounded.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Redefining \u201cProfessionalism\u201d Through Daily Work<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I continue to work in kitchenware exports\u2014silicone, plastic, stainless steel\u2014products that are practical, competitive, and often underestimated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, however, my role evolved beyond pricing and order follow-ups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I became more deeply involved in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Evaluating product structures and feasibility with engineers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Comparing client samples against market competitors<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    • Supporting a first-time Korean client with realistic pricing during market instability<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Being transparent when a product idea carried high cost or tooling risk<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Learning to see pricing through an Amazon seller\u2019s full cost structure\u2014not just ex-factory numbers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      I learned that:
      Long-term business is built on trust and clarity, not on being the cheapest option.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. Writing as a Tool for Professional Clarity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      This year, I wrote multiple blog articles\u2014not for traffic, but for understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      I wrote about:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Whether silicone kitchenware is truly recyclable<\/li>\n\n\n\n

            What changed this year was my response.

            I began to accept that:

            5. Writing is not a side activity\u2014it is a thinking tool<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Not a Breakthrough Year, but a Root-Building Year<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              2025 did not turn me into a \u201cnew version\u201d of myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              It helped me become someone who understands what she is doing, why she is doing it, and whether it is worth continuing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              If this year were a product development process, it might not be ready for mass production yet\u2014but it has completed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Structural validation, direction alignment, and risk assessment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              And that, in itself, is meaningful progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
