But before the exhibition doors open, there\u2019s always a lot of unseen preparation behind the scenes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last week, we kicked off our preparation with a full team meeting. Everyone in our factory took part, and the atmosphere was filled with energy and excitement. During the meeting, each member\u2019s responsibilities were clearly assigned:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>I\u2019m in charge of product selection and inventory checking. This means carefully choosing which kitchen utensils will best represent our factory this year \u2014 from silicone turners and nylon ladles to our new range of baking pans. We\u2019ve been discussing the display structure and flow: which shelves to place our silicone kitchenware on, how to highlight our new designs, and how to make visitors feel welcome the moment they step into our booth. This stage often sparks lots of creative ideas \u2014 everyone shares suggestions, and we test different display combinations until we find the most balanced and attractive setup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What touches me most during this process is the <strong>team spirit<\/strong>. Every colleague is proactive and supportive \u2014 when someone finishes their part early, they naturally jump in to help others. Even though preparing for a fair can be tiring, we all share the same goal: to present our best image to the world. It\u2019s in these busy days that I truly feel the power of teamwork and how much pride we all take in our products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This time, we\u2019re especially excited to introduce <strong>several new products<\/strong>. One of them is our latest <strong>baking pan made with fiberglass + liquid silicone<\/strong>, a material upgrade that provides better heat resistance and flexibility for baking lovers. This design has already been granted <strong>exclusive distribution rights in the U.S., Canada, and France<\/strong>, which makes us even more confident about its future potential in other markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, we\u2019ll be showing our newest collections of <strong>silicone and plastic kitchen utensils<\/strong> \u2014 practical, stylish, and made with food-safe materials that reflect both functionality and beauty. We hope visitors will see not just products, but the craftsmanship and care behind each piece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The exhibition preparation may seem hectic, but every moment feels worthwhile.
